Japan’s Ambassador to India, Keiichi Ono, led a high-level team of Japanese companies to Gujarat’s Dholera Special Investment Region. The two-day visit included a conference in Ahmedabad and a full tour of Dholera’s advanced infrastructure, including the water plant, power systems, and Tata’s new semiconductor plant. Delegates also explored the ABCD Building and its smart control systems. This visit marks a major boost for India-Japan industrial ties, focused on innovation, sustainability, and future-ready cities.
